" The respectable Prophets (AS) 2 " |
" The hon. Ayatollah Abtahi (May Allah Grant him longevity) " |
In His holy name………….On the issue of the respectable Prophets (AS), Ayatollah Abtahi added, “As said by one of the exceptionally talented friends, among the prophets; Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) are specifically representing the stages of self-purification. Adam the prophet was repenting God for three hundred years, asking forgiveness for his mistakes. On such a basis, he represents the stage of Repentance. Noah the prophet was steadfastly and tirelessly guiding his people for 950 years; therefore, he represents the stage of Patience and Steadfastness. Abraham the prophet was submissively in the right path, in such a way that when he was told in dream to sacrifice his son, to go into fire, to leave his family alone in a wasteland, he unquestionably submitted and without any anxiety, he left his wife and his breastfeeding infant alone in a dry desert that distanced 400 km to the nearest village. He enjoyed such a perfect soul that was approved as the true follower of Ali ibne Abitalib (AS) and was titled as Allah’s friend (Îáیá Çááå). Therefore, Abraham the prophet represents the stage of The Right Path. Moses the prophet who says to his Lord that: æ ÚÌáÊ Çáíß ÑÈ áÊÑÖí (I hurried towards You for having You satisfied with me), is representing the stage of Affection towards the Al-Mighty. Jesus the prophet who spent his life struggling with difficulties and burdens, and was always against his sensualities is the symbol of the stage of Being against carnal self. Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) who is the absolute wisdom whom we witness and believe as the perfect servant of God and we say: ÇÔåÏ Çä ãÍãÏÇ ÚÈÏå æ ÑÓæáå (I bear the witness that Muhammad is the obedient and Messenger of Allah) is the perfect symbol of the stage of Obedience and Servitude to the Al-Mighty God”. |
